Horizon/Plymouth Culture
Plymouth Culture’s ‘Horizon’ project is supporting Take A Part in exploring and re-establishing the Crazy Glue arts group model that began in Efford.

‘Horizon’, is a two-year visual arts programme for Plymouth which has been awarded funds from Art Council England’s ‘Ambition for Excellence’ funding programme.

Horizon will run for two years and will develop four major arts festivals and events, support a talent development programme for artists and visual arts producers, and will enable communities to commission visual artworks.

Led by Plymouth Culture, Horizon is a collaborative programme developed between Plymouth University, Plymouth College of Art, Plymouth Arts Centre, KARST, Plymouth City Council and Visual Arts Plymouth.
