Creative practitioners Sarah Hollingworth and George Lovesmith were chosen by the community of Barne Barton to create new play features, seating and a gateway feature for the Red Brick field.   The aim is to reinvigorate the space, making it a more welcoming space for people to play, walk and enjoy the outdoors. Simon Bayliss is working with Take A Part to deliver outdoor painting workshops in Plymouth. Simon is an artist based in St Ives, Cornwall. Allister Gall worked with Take A Part and High View School on a film project inspired by Malcolm Le Grice. Allister is an artist, musician and filmmaker. Shaun has been working with Take A Part on the BBROOTS project Young Creatives, he has also previously worked on Green Orchestra as part of The Oddstep Deployment Unit. Shaun is Plymouth University’s GeoMapping Unit’s Geospatial technologist, supporting staff and students in the analysis and representation of spatial data. We were very sad to learn that one of Take A Part’s founders Michael Bridgwater died at the start of December.
